For trade partners

Your operator in Spain, with no layers in between

We are the operator that contracts the ground and runs the hunt in Spain. If you sell international hunting to your clients and need a serious European destination, we work with you on net rates, quota confirmed against dates, and the whole logistics chain — licences, insurance, rifle rental and export paperwork — handled from here.

Why Spain, and why with us

The only ibex grand slam on earth

Four varieties of Spanish ibex — Beceite, Gredos, Ronda and Sierra Nevada — each in its own range. It is a product your client cannot buy in any other country, and a genuine reason to come back four times.

No CITES layer

Ibex, red deer, fallow deer, mouflon, wild boar and chamois are not CITES-listed. The trophy leaves on a veterinary health certificate and legal-origin documents. For your US client that means an FWS declaration and little else.

You talk to whoever runs it

We are not an agency reselling someone else's hunt. We contract the estates, assign the guides and are in the field. When you ask about availability for specific dates, the answer comes from whoever holds the quota, not from a middleman.

Net rates, your margin untouched

We work on net rates for the agent: you set your client's price. We never publish rates on the site, and we never quote under you to a hunter who came through you.

The trophy is called before the shot

CIC score estimated in the field and the fee band confirmed before your client pulls the trigger. It is what prevents the awkward conversation that ends up on your desk.

A trip that sells itself

Private estates, lodging and cuisine to match, and a programme for the non-hunting companion. Spain sells to the partner too, and that closes bookings a tented camp will not.

How we work with you

  1. 01

You tell us what your client wants

Species, target trophy quality, dates, and how many hunters and companions.

  2. 02

    We confirm quota and dates

Against the specific estate, not a generic availability. If we do not have it, you hear that the same day.

  3. 03

    You receive the net rate

Broken down: outfitting, CIC trophy band and what falls outside. You apply your margin.

  4. 04

    The deposit locks the dates

From that point the dates belong to your client and we stop offering them.

  5. 05

    We handle everything in Spain

Regional licence, mandatory insurance, temporary firearm permit or a house rifle, airport transfers, one-to-one guiding in the mountains and lodging.

  6. 06

    The trophy gets home

Preparation, veterinary and origin paperwork, and coordination with your taxidermist or customs broker at destination.

Agent questions

Do you protect the agent? What if my client contacts you directly?

The client is yours. If a hunter you introduced writes in on his own, we route him back to you and keep quoting through you, repeat trips included. The exact terms and the attribution period are agreed in writing before we start.

How do the net rates work?

An outfitting rate plus a trophy fee by CIC band, with Spanish VAT stated separately. We do not publish rates: we send you the agent net list by email when you get in touch.

Can you host hunters who do not speak Spanish?

Yes. Outfitting and all client-facing communication are handled in English and Spanish.

How far ahead should we book?

The best dates and quota are allocated months ahead, and a montería is one specific day on one specific estate. For the autumn-winter season, move as soon as you have the client.

Can you combine species in one trip?

Yes, and it is what sells best. Ibex with red stag, mouflon, wild boar or a driven partridge day. Autumn and winter overlap the most.

Do you have material I can forward to my clients?

Yes: species sheets, the season calendar and photography. Write to us and we send it along with the net rate list.

Let's open the conversation

Tell us what your book sells and into which market, and we will send the agent net rates and this season's availability.
